Organizations invest significant time, money, and effort addressing challenges that do not consistently translate into results.
Leaders often believe they are aligned on priorities and direction, yet data frequently reveals competing assumptions, priorities, and perspectives on where the organization should focus its time, energy, and resources.
The HALO BlueSky™ Alignment Snapshot helps identify where strengths and opportunities exist, uncover the issues most affecting performance, and focus resources where they will have the greatest impact now, next, and in the future.
Growth rarely fails from lack of effort. Performance stalls when priorities compete, alignment breaks down, and execution gaps prevent results.

About These Results
This snapshot provides directional insight based on your individual perspective across a sample of questions from the HALO BlueSky™ diagnostic framework. It is not a statistically validated or comprehensive diagnostic, it is intentionally designed as a sample to illustrate how we structure and gather data against our model. A full HALO diagnostic uses a broader, customized question set, is conducted across your entire leadership team, and is weighted to your specific business context and priorities. These results are best used to surface patterns, prompt reflection, and inform a focused conversation about where the most meaningful gaps and opportunities exist for your organization.

BlueSky Alignment Index™
--
--/100
Strong Alignment80–100
A strong foundation of alignment is in place. Strong alignment is a competitive advantage. The opportunity now is to sustain it, build on it, and ensure execution keeps pace as the organization scales.
Moderately Aligned65–79
Gaps are limiting your ability to drive performance at scale. Closing them is the work directly tied to revenue growth, EBITDA performance, and long-term enterprise value.
Misaligned50–64
Misalignment gaps have a measurable cost in speed, talent retention, and growth. The longer they go unaddressed, the greater the impact to performance, talent, and long-term enterprise value.
Structural RiskBelow 50
Structural misalignment has a direct cost to talent, revenue growth, and EBITDA. The longer it persists, the more value it erodes and the harder it becomes to correct.
The BlueSky Alignment Index™ is a directional indicator based on your responses. It is not a performance grade. The value comes from understanding the strengths, opportunities, and risks behind the index.
HALO’s Perspective
Why the Lowest Score Is Not Always the Highest Priority
These scores are indicators, not conclusions. This process highlights strengths and opportunities, but it does not diagnose root causes, establish priorities, or determine what is driving performance.
The instinct when reviewing results like these is to address everything at once or focus immediately on the lowest score. In our experience, neither is the right approach. Organizational challenges rarely stem from a single issue.
A low score is often the symptom of a challenge somewhere else. Accountability can appear weak when priorities are unclear. Collaboration can struggle when roles or decision rights are undefined. Talent capability issues may actually be capacity constraints. Talent gaps often surface when strategy, leadership, and organizational design are misaligned. For that reason, the lowest score is not automatically the highest priority.
Context determines impact. The same score can represent significant risk in one organization and a minor concern in another. It depends on your stage of growth, strategic priorities, and what the business is working to achieve next. A moderate score in an area critical to execution may deserve more attention than a lower score with limited impact on results.
This is why HALO leads with diagnosis before recommendations. The Executive Alignment Session helps identify the critical few priorities most likely to improve performance and business outcomes. By adding context to the results, we uncover what is driving them, surface where leadership perspectives align or differ, and focus attention and resources where they will have the greatest impact.
Common Patterns We See in High Growth and Transforming Organizations
Across organizations, we often see:
›Priorities competing for the same time, attention, and resources.
›Decisions taking longer than necessary because ownership, accountability, or decision rights are unclear.
›Leadership teams aligned around goals but not fully aligned around priorities, tradeoffs, or execution.
›Growth objectives that exceed the organization’s current capability, capacity, or structure.
›Challenges coordinating work and leveraging expertise across functions, teams, or business units.
›Significant activity and effort that does not consistently translate into meaningful business results.
These patterns are not conclusions about your organization. They are areas to explore during the Executive Alignment Session.
Your Results
From Your Individual Perspective
This view reflects your results across the HALO BlueSky™ Growth Model, including the five Growth Pillars and five Execution Enablers. It highlights both strengths and areas of opportunity from your perspective.
When we conduct this assessment across an executive team, we often find areas of alignment, but more commonly significant differences in how leaders view the organization’s performance, priorities, and challenges. Those differences can be just as important as the scores themselves.
Identifying the gaps is only the beginning. The challenge is understanding what is driving the results, where perceptions diverge, and which issues are having the greatest impact on performance. Not every issue requires immediate action, and not every low score represents the most significant constraint to growth.
This assessment is a starting point, not a conclusion. The scores provide insight into potential strengths, opportunities, and areas for further discussion.
The opportunities below are drawn directly from your results, with lower-scoring areas shown first. While these results highlight all potential areas of opportunity, effective prioritization depends on your goals, resources, timing, business context, and potential business impact.
Our process is designed to identify the critical few priorities that will have the greatest impact on performance. We discuss the findings in the context of your business, extend the diagnostic across your executive team, and facilitate a working session to evaluate tradeoffs, align priorities, and determine the actions that will have the greatest impact now, next, and in the future.
From there, we build a practical roadmap with clear accountability and action planning. For this output, your lowest-scoring area is expanded as a starting point, not a statement of priority. The examples provided below are illustrative, not prescriptive. Your true priorities emerge through further discussion and alignment work with your team.

The Full Team Diagnostic
HALO designs a tailored diagnostic built around your business context and desired outcomes. Every engagement is different. Some organizations are focused on strategic priorities, long-range planning, go-to-market performance, breaking down silos, integration, organizational design, or workforce planning. The diagnostic is designed to collect the data needed to make informed decisions.
From there, we integrate survey data with executive interviews because numbers only tell part of the story. Interviews provide context, surface underlying themes, and help identify the alignment gaps having the greatest impact on performance.
The result is a diagnostic designed to identify strengths and opportunities, uncover critical constraints, and determine the priorities most likely to improve execution and results.
1
Collect Individual Results
Each member of your leadership team completes the BlueSky™ Alignment Snapshot individually. HALO collects every response and aggregates the data across all five pillars and five execution enablers, building a full picture of where the team is aligned and where the gaps are. We complement the survey data with executive interviews and targeted focus groups to deepen context, surface key themes, and ensure we have a clear understanding of the underlying dynamics impacting performance.
2
Deliver the Team Diagnostic Report
HALO delivers a comprehensive diagnostic report, a full team rollup of scores, pattern analysis across pillars, verbatims from the leadership team, and a clear readout of the highest-impact alignment gaps. This is the foundation for everything that follows.
3
Review Findings With Leadership
We meet with you to walk through the report, discuss the findings, and align on context, where the organization is in its growth or transformation, what is working, and what the data is telling us about what needs to change.
4
Facilitate the Executive Working Session
HALO designs and facilitates a custom working session with your executive leadership team, aligned to your desired outcomes and informed by the data. The session drives alignment, surfaces tensions, and moves the team to a shared path forward.
5
Build the Now · Next · Future Horizon Roadmap
We translate the session outputs into a sequenced roadmap: what the business must address now, what to build toward next, and what must be true to sustain performance and growth at scale.
FBD
Flexible by Design
The BlueSky™ Growth Model is applied differently depending on the use case. We design targeted diagnostic work based on the specific business priority. Use cases may include mission and values alignment, leadership success profiles, talent audit and workforce planning, talent development and capability strategy, go-to-market performance, long-range planning, and M&A and investment diligence.
This is a diagnostic system, designed to identify where gaps are constraining clarity, execution, and sustained performance.
The complete diagnostic emerges when the full leadership team participates.
